Shipping & Exchanges
Our current order processing time varies, please go to the order info page for ship date estimates. Please note all orders are made to order and we take our time to make sure each design is of the highest quality & standards. We ship via USPS by the method chosen at checkout. We offer free shipping on orders over $100.
All orders are carefully packaged to ensure a safe transit.
Replacements & Exchanges
If an item arrives damaged you have 4 days to report the damage after delivery. Please send us an email with a photo attached to email@example.com. We will send you a replacement of the design originally ordered on our next available ship date at no charge to you.
We offer exchanges on all standard designs within 10 days of delivery. Please note that return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer. Please email us first at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive detailed information on the exchange process. Upon receipt, we will ship the replacement vessel or planter. Buyer must pick a design that was the same price as the original design or they will have to pay the difference.
We offer refunds on a case to case business. All refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The amount paid minus the restocking fee will be refunded to the customer upon receipt of the items. If any items are received damaged, you will not be refunded for those items.
